The Project

The project involves interior store fit-out to an existing and emptied retail space formerly occupied by a BC Liquor Store in Surrey, BC. The area of work was approx. 6,500 sq.ft. This project was a tenant improvement that involved taking the store to a state in which it would be ready to receive final fit out fixtures and inventory stock.

The work included but was not limited to: demolition of existing millwork and T-bar ceiling; removal of existing flooring; patch & repair walls; mechanical changes in retail space; electrical changes; updates to existing washroom and kitchen; construction of new walls for production/receiving area; installation of commercial vinyl tiles throughout retail area; new paint throughout; assembly and installation of owner supplied fixtures, as noted on drawings.
