AHC has transformed a 260m2 office space in Burnaby, BC into a modern and efficient workspace, with a stunning ceiling feature. The primary goal of this project is to enhance the functionality of the space and create an efficient office environment. Through the implementation of modern aesthetics, our team has worked collaboratively with consultants from Thinkspace Architecture Planning Interior Design to ensure that the finished product meets the highest standards of design and construction.

Despite significant changes to the project scope initiated by our client, the City of Burnaby, our team expertly managed these alterations, with minimal impact on the schedule. By implementing project management professional (PMP) best practices and maintaining effective communication, we were able to deliver the finished product within the two-month timeline and $230,000 budget, fully meeting the client’s expectations.
