Major interior and exterior restoration work throughout a 15-story historic building, completed in 1912. AHC provided extensive upgrades and restoration work throughout the interior of the building. All the damaged terra cotta and clock faces were replaced with matching replications.
Scope included:
- Remove and replace structural steel columns and beams due to sever rusting.
- Remove and replace damaged Terra Cotta facings.
- Remove and replace the 21 ft diameter clock faces.
Interesting Fact: At the time of construction in 1912, this was the tallest building in the British Empire and had the fastest elevators in the North America.
