With a wealth of 36 years of immersive involvement in the construction sector, Stephen brings a profound understanding of industry dynamics and practices to his role as a senior estimator. Commencing his journey in 1988 after graduating from BCIT, Stephen’s career path has been marked by diverse experiences which have enriched his expertise. While initially contributing to AHC from 1991 to 2004, Stephen embarked on a quest for broader industry exposure which led him to diverse roles in esteemed organizations such as BC Hydro, Ventana Construction, and the City of Maple Ridge. During his time away from AHC, he embraced the noble role as a volunteer firefighter with PMFD, further highlighting his commitment to community service and safety.
Upon his return to AHC in 2022, Stephen returned to his pivotal position as a Senior Estimator and the embraced the new role of Safety Manager. Stephen has taken on the crucial task of overseeing safety protocols, emphasizing his dedication to ensuring the well-being of personnel and the integrity of project sites. His journey, spanning over varied roles and sectors, has equipped him with an experienced perspective that has enriched his approach to safety management.
