Mission Leisure Centre Curling Arena - Rink Slab

In September 2025, AHC completed a curling rink replacement slab and mechanical room upgrade for the City of Mission. The project took place at the Mission Leisure Centre, restoring this key community facility. The project involved full demolition and replacement of the failed refrigerated slab, including all refrigeration piping, subfloor and heating systems. Perimeter walkways were also upgraded to include new sports flooring and curling bumpers. Our team executed a single concrete pour to create the new slab, achieving an ultra-flat +/-4mm tolerance critical for proper ice formation. The facility is now fully operational and ready for curlers to enjoy.
