This project involved the new construction of a McDonald’s restaurant in Abbotsford, with exterior work contracted by the Landlord and interior work directly contracted by McDonald’s.

The scope included interior and exterior renovations with extensive onsite civil works, completed within a tight 5-month timeline. Successful execution required seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders, including local trades, McDonald’s vendors, the client, the owner, and the operations team, ensuring the project met McDonald’s operational and quality standards.
